On behalf of the EUROCONTROL Member States, the EUROCONTROL Network Manager (NM) delivers integrated CNS/Navigation services to a wide range of ATM stakeholders and customers.
To make sure we’re meeting your expectations within the existing regulatory framework, we would like to invite you to participate in this online EUROCONTROL NM User Satisfaction Survey 2021 - iCNS Navigation Services.
The survey focuses on the services the EUROCONTROL NM provides in the domain of integrated CNS Navigation activities and support. It’s a large-scale survey that we only organise every 3 to 4 years, which makes it an important opportunity for the iCNS/Navigation community to share experience of working with us, and to express future expectations.
To optimise your time, the survey has been divided into the following Navigation services domains; you will only be asked questions on those domains which you have selected as corresponding to your area of expertise:
It should take you between 10 and 35 minutes, depending on the domains you select, to complete this survey. Once the full survey round is completed by all respondents, we will share the aggregated results with you through our various stakeholder and user groups.
The survey will be active until Tuesday 11 January 2022.
