Following an extensive review of the updated European Airspace Concept Handbook for PBN Implementation Edition No. 4, NETOPS, NDOPS and NMD have approved and released this latest version.  Edition 4 addresses the PBN IR implementation requirements and whilst the handbook information is globally applicable, PBN Handbook No. 1 has been carefully focused to support the European States implement PBN in accordance with the Implementing Regulation (EU 2018/1048).
